There are various definitions forwarded about leadership. In my opinion, Leader is a capacity to motivate a group of people toward a common goal. Leadership is a kind of process of getting things done through the people.
Our society always requires the leaders who are reliable, and who can create visions, and can make the team energetic and motivated as well

Our leader always be positive and must be strong in taking any decision. Leadership can be defined as one's ability to get others to willingly follow.
